Communication responsible

Your tasks:
As a communication responsible you will develop the organisation's communication policy together with the manager. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the execution of this policy. More specifically this means that:
  • You are responsible for all communication actions to Flemish and International customers (website, newsflashes, presentations, mailings,...) and the stakeholders (annual reports, evaluation reports,...).
  • You will organize and coordinate a diversity of events, trainings and international roadshows.
  • You maintain the CRM-database and all publications connected to the law on public contracts.
  • You ensure a wide circulation of the public knowledge present within Flanders' DRIVE.
  • You take care of the supplier contacts of supporting communication services and always know how to get the best price for quality.

Your profile:

  • You dispose of a relevant master's degree or equivalent by experience.
  • You preferably have some years of experience in a B2B context.
  • You have an excellent knowledge of English, German, French is an asset.
  • You have affinity with technological surroundings.
  • You are driven, flexible and result driven.
  • You can work creatively with attention to the focus group and the quality. You love taking initiative, are conceptual and immune to stress.
  • You can make up a planning and prioritize.
  • As a team player you are willing to help where necessary in a flexible working environment.
