How can I become a partner of Flanders' DRIVE?
You can become a B-partner of Flanders' DRIVE if your company meets the following needs:
- execution of product and process development, production or assembly, innovation of products and/or processes in the automotive industry in Flanders and constantly making efforts for the innovation of that activity.
- execution of research concerning the innovation of products and/or processes in the automotive industry.
If your company is active to meet the needs of Flanders' DRIVE, for example by making a substantial contribution to the organisation and the working of Flanders' DRIVE or by a significant use of the services, you can become an A-partner.

How can I become an associated partner of Flanders' DRIVE?
An associated partner is a company that develops and/or produces in Flanders and that continuously makes efforts for innovation in other domains than the automotive industry. These companies strive for an exchange of knowledge with the automotive industry and/or the use of the research infrastructure of Flanders' DRIVE.

I want to do my internship with Flanders' DRIVE. Is that possible?
Flanders' DRIVE works closely together with universities and university colleges. we offer the possibility to do your internship here. This can be a work placement, but can also be the making of a final paper of doctor's degree.

What quality standards does Flanders' DRIVE meet up to?
Flanders' DRIVE obtained the ISO9001:2008 certificate concerning legislation for the design and development process on 27 June 2009. This certificate is applied in the following domains:
- the research and design of concept cars, components and systems
- the verification and validation of vehicles, components and systems and the development of the testing methods
- the guiding of projects between companies and experts.
Previously, in 2007, Flanders' DRIVE obtained the ISO9001:2000 certificate which forms the base of quality control.
The documented and systematic work method is applied on all projects. It is also carried out by participating partners.
Besides all this, Flanders' DRIVE has built up competencies concerning the Functional Safety Standard IEC61508.
